TECHNICAL DATA ACQUISITION

Maintains safe and economically optimized drilling performance.

Technical data acquisition is aimed to:

- Control the compliance of current drilling with planned one;

- Early detection of oil and gas shows and circulation loss;

- Optimize the well deepening depending on geological problems;

- Recognize and determine the technological operation duration;

- Select and maintain the suitable drilling regime and control drill bit lifetime;

- Early detection of shows and fluid absorption, manage filling-up operations;

- Optimize RIH/POOH operations (limit running speed, calculation of equivalent mud weight, etc.);

- Control bottomhole pressure;

- Control formation pressure and predict zones with abnormally high and low pressures;

- Manage casing and cementing works;

- Real-time identification of pre-emergency situations;

- Manage the current type of work at the well site: drilling, circulation, reaming (gauging), well logging, etc.

The following technical parameters are measured while drilling:

Wh. – Weight on hook

Рвх. –Manifold pressure

Ns. – Strokes amount

Nr. –Rotary per minute

Mrot. – Rotary torque

Qout. –Flow out

Qin. – Flow in

Нtb. –Travelling block location

Vmud. – Mud levels in mud pit

Mud conductivity flow in and out of well

Тin. – Flow-in mud temperature of well

Тout. – Flow-out mud temperature

Mud weight flow in and out of well

Т – Drilling time

We receive the following technical parameters after data processing by logging unit software:

Drilling-time log

Hole making speed

Average ROP

Round trip speed

Weight on bit

Current bottomhole depth

Bit depth

RIH/POOH speed

Lag time of mud fluid

Lag time of cuttings

Define the depth of gas shows

Round triptime, drill, circulation and hole making time

Hydraulic parameters

Mud volume +/-

*Parameters are recorded and visualized with depth and time reference; time resolution of 1 second and depth resolution of 0.4 m.
